I was in a family business in Dublin for 27 years during which time he learned how to buy, deal with customers and suppliers, and to only sell the best quality food products possible. I really enjoy what I do and endeaver to pass this enthusiasm to the staff. What we do is quite simple. Its all about buying the best quality food at the best possible price. This doesnt mean its the cheapest, it is presented to you in perfect condition.
