We are very experienced in quality seafood. Our policy is if we cant get it fresh, we won’t stock it. We endeavor to have a fresh selection of both fish and shellfish throughout the whole week. |
In our dellicatessan department, we have a selection of salamis, cured meats, olives, salads, pates, and cooked meats. We make the salads ourselves. We peel the potatoes, cook them, and then add parsley and mayonaise for a delicious potato salad. Likewise with our coleslaw, its just fresh cabbage and carrot.
Our kitchen department cooks fresh quiches which we sell in portions, fresh salmon. We also cook our fresh roast beef. We also make freshly cooked meat and vegetarian pies.
If you are having a party of any sort, we can supply any of these specially cooked products. We also provide advise and assistance in planning orders to cost and quantity according targeted numbers.

We do butchery in the old fashion way. That is, we buy in whole carcus beef and lamb and hang it for maturity. Then we break it and bone it. The means the meat is more fresh and more flavoursome. Our team of experienced butchers will be happy to advise you on any requirements.
We buy our beef from a farm in Roscommon where the grass is lovely and green. Our meat is all locally produced.

In the morning, our bakers make fresh scones, and brown bread. Be early because they are gone very quickly. We also make a selection of breads, fruit pies, and crumbles which are absolutely delicious. We have three chef's in our kitchen where we also make our prepared meals and salads. Meat, poultry, vegetarian, and seafood can be pre ordered.
